Why this program
Most professionals have tried generative AI. Far fewer have understood it.
The tools are part of the daily conversation in nearly every field, and they are improving quickly. Most people have tried them once or twice, read the headlines, and formed a rough opinion. This program is the time and the structure to go past that, to work with these tools on your own real projects until you can tell exactly where they help and where they fall short.
The curriculum
Four arcs, twelve weeks, one rhythm.
Each week pairs a short course with hands-on work on your real projects. The program builds from fluency with the tools to systems, orchestration, and automation.
01FoundationWeeks 1 to 3
W1Get fluent with the tools
Learn the core concepts, then set up Claude and use it daily on real tasks.
W2The thinking framework
Learn when to hand work to AI, and build a profile so it drafts in your voice.
W3Prompting depth and Artifacts
Sharpen your prompts and build your first reusable deliverable.
By the end. By the end of Arc 1 you can set up a Project, brief Claude well, and tell where it helps and where it falls short.
02Building SystemsWeeks 4 to 6
Move from one-off prompts to repeatable systems that carry your standards and your voice.
03Connecting & OrchestratingWeeks 7 to 9
Connect the tools to your real workflows and orchestrate them across a task.
04AutomationWeeks 10 to 12
Automate the parts that should run on their own, and keep human judgment where it belongs.
Who it is for
Established professionals who want to learn these tools for themselves.
The program welcomes still-working leaders, owners, and practitioners who bring decades of judgment and want hands-on AI competence to match. No technical background is needed. You need curiosity and a few projects worth improving.
The rhythm
A weekly rhythm built to fit a working life.
Four commitments that keep the program steady from week one to week twelve.
01
Weekly rhythm
Two-hour sessions and about seven hours of work a week, for twelve weeks.
02
In person and online
Sessions alternate between South Florida and online, recorded and shared.
03
Your real projects
Each session centers on real work you bring, so the practice produces capability you keep.
04
A small cohort
A small group of peers doing the same work, so you learn from more than the material.
Take the next step
The next cohort opens soon.
